This full service project brought West Oak Design strategists together with operations managers to redevelop and refresh a traditional kosher food brand while growing the business to offer more products to consumers.
The factory facilities were upgraded along with new equipment and training programmes for staff. West Oak Design experts directly managed the project until the business had stabilized and was offering 90 unique products sold at Sobeys and Loblaws locations in Ontario between 2012-2017.
